Substation Explosion Cuts Power in Nazareth and Wind Gap

A substation explosion this morning is Plainfield twp is being blamed for power outages throughout the Nazareth and Wind Gap areas. The incident happened this morning at around 11:15am at the substation off of Sullivan Trail. Parts of Wind Gap and Nazareth Borough lost power as well as Schafer Elementary School.
