The world is a very different place now then it was on September 10th, 2001. I don’t think anyone in the US can get on a plane without for a second thinking about what happened on that Tuesday morning.
While the ceremonies and memorials have dwindled, the flags hanging from overpasses and attached to cars have faded, the memories of those lost lives on.
In everyone’s busy lives take a moment today to reflect on those that gave their life on both 9/11 and throughout our history so that we can remain free. For all the issues we have in this country it is still the greatest place to be. Millions of people still look to us as the ultimate place of opportunity and they are right.
God Bless the nearly 3,000 victims of the attacks, the 353 firefighters, and the millions impacted by this tradgedy. God Bless America.
